Steps to deposit money to a trading account

1. Log in to your Personal area, click «Deposit» and select « Visa/MasterCard».
2. Enter the amount of deposit. Please note that PayOnline operates in the US Dollars. The funds are converted into the currency of trading account according to the internal exchange rate of the Company at the time of their transfer to the trading account.
3. Click the «Deposit» button.
   
   
4. You will be automatically redirected to the payment system. On the opened page please enter your credit card details.
   
   
5. Fill in the form with your personal details and click «Process payment».
   
6. In this step the system will check if your card is enrolled in 3DSecure program (either Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode).
   • If your card is enrolled in 3DSecure program, you will be asked to confirm payment in a special dialogue window with a password for internet payments provided for you by your bank (please, contact your bank to get more information). After the identification, the operation will be processed in a safe mode.
     
     
   • In case your card is not enrolled in Verified by Visa/MasterCard SecureCode program, at this step the payment is completed without any additional identification.
7. In the next page you'll see the payment details. It will also be sent to the e-mail that you specified earlier in the form. Click «Continue».
   
8. You will see the message of the successful transaction. The money is credited to your trading account.
   
   

Terms of money transfer

1. Minimum amount to deposit is 1 USD.
2. There are the following limitations in the system:
   
   
   • 10 transactions per day is a maximum for one card;
   • 15 000 USD per card is the maximum amount of refilling per 1 transaction or per 10 transactions;
   • 50 000 USD is the maximum amount of refilling per month.
3. The system accepts Visa/MasterCard cards which are allowed to pay online by issuing banks.
4. The deposit is funded to the trading account automatically in 1-2 minutes.
5. PayOnline operates in the US Dollars. The funds are converted into the currency of trading account according to the internal exchange rate of the Company (rate can be found at Personal area - «Account operations» — «Internal rate») at the time of their transfer to the trading account.

Information

1. The Client can only use a banking card, registered in his name, to replenish his/her trading account. The Company does not accept payments from third parties.
2. Withdrawal method “Foreign exchange bank transfer” is available to trading accounts funded via Payonline.
